INTRODUCTION

This website is operated by CHARZEM. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CHARZEM. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws of Pakistan in the course of using the Service.

OUR PRODUCTS

CHARZEM sells ladies' eastern wear, including unstitched fabric, ready-to-wear pret and formal wear.

Every screen displays colour differently, and we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on your device will exactly match the physical product. Hand-finished embroidery, block printing and dyeing naturally carry small variations from piece to piece. These are characteristic of handcrafted eastern wear and are not defects.

Product images are for reference. Minor differences in shade, placement of print, or finishing detail may occur.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

SIZING

Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. Stitched garment measurements are approximate and a small tolerance in fit is normal. Choosing an incorrect size is not treated as a fault in the product, though you may return or exchange it under our Return & Refund Policy.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and card payments.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed. Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied to past orders.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. It confirms only that we have received it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders containing pricing or product errors, orders that cannot be verified, and orders where fraud is suspected.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery is offered as a convenience. Repeatedly refusing delivery on Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders requiring advance payment, or your access to Cash on Delivery being withdrawn.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently offer free standard shipping across Pakistan.

Delivery timelines shared at checkout are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct before placing an order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

ACCOUNTS

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including the CHARZEM name and logo, print designs, embroidery patterns, colour compositions, photographs, videos, product descriptions and page layouts, is the property of CHARZEM and is protected under the copyright and trademark laws of Pakistan.

You may not reproduce, copy, adapt, manufacture, distribute or commercially exploit any of our designs or content without our prior written permission. This includes copying our prints or embroidery patterns for production, and using our product photography to sell your own goods.

We actively pursue infringement of our designs.

USER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions or other material, whether at our request or not, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, publish and distribute that material in any medium, including in our marketing.

You agree that your submissions will not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringe the rights of any third party. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove any submission at our discretion.

PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others, to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate, to submit false or misleading information, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect or track the personal information of others, to spam, phish or scrape, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for breach of any of these prohibitions.

Our website is hosted on Shopify. Certain services, including payment processing and delivery, are provided by third parties such as payment gateways and courier companies.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use our site. We may terminate at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached any provision of these Terms, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements by which we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rawalpindi, Punjab.
