We are closed on Sundays and gazetted public holidays. Messages received outside these hours will be answered on the next working day.

RESPONSE TIME

We aim to reply to all emails and messages within twenty-four hours during working days. During Eid seasons, sale periods and new collection launches, replies may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.
